DISCOVERY; Mark got this when it was released. He always got really cool records. So the first time I heard this was after my piano lesson sat on the floor in Mark and David's room, speculating on the cover art (the black obelisk) and what it could possibly mean, marvelling at the layers of guitars and sheer power that was Led Zeppelin. I thought it pure genius.
WHERE & WHEN; Led Zeppelin had great record covers didn't they! Back when record covers really mattered, 12 by 12 and a gatefold besides, Zeppelin albums were great for cleaning seeds from your stash. The music holds up extremely well too.
