DISCOVERY; Let's stay at Mark's house and listen to another record. When it came to buying records Mark didn't mess around. First he gets Pink Floyd's biggest album. Next he gets the latest Zappa album (later to become an all-time classic). It wasn't a classic at the time of course but they were playing Don't Eat The Yellow Snow on KQRS FM. It was a big hit! This was before KQ sold out to the corporate music killers that I love to loath. Yes, there was a time when a radio disc jockey could actually play records, anything they wanted. I remember it...

WHERE & WHEN; And I remember listening to this album with Mark. Another sunny afternoon sat on the floor in his room. He shared the room with his brother David like chalk and cheese. So I didn't see much of David. And I always wondered how in the world Mark managed to have such a nice stereo? He only had two records? I guess that was the value they placed on music at his house. You shouldn't listen to crap music on a crap stereo. You should listen to excellent music on an excellent stereo. I couldn't' agree more!

HIGHLIGHTS; Every note! A truly excellent record album.

STATUS; CD
